Average TURN AROUND TIME (TAT) is 7-14 days. Larger, more complex/larger projects may be expected to have a longer TAT. This may vary depending on current workload which can be checked via trello

Payments will be made strictly through PAYPAL or VGEN via invoices and will be paid in CAD.

Full payment or nonrefundable deposit bust be made upfront. I will only continue to work on the commission after receiving full payment. For bigger commissions ($50+), we discuss half/half payment.

I do not do refunds for completed work

If you have cancelled the commission after I have sent you the initial sketch, I will be keeping half (50%) of the original payment you have already paid me, and refund you the remaining half.

If, for any reason, I feel I cannot complete the commission, commissioner will be given a full refund including deposits.

Backing out on an offer (before payment is sent) will not result in blacklisting so long as you communicate with me and have a valid reason why you can no longer commission/claim the adopt. Ghosting me, however, will result in a block and will no longer be allowed to claim or own my adopts.

For some commissions/adopts: Payment plans are available for offers over $100, with a discussed downpayment. Downpayment is nonrefundable!

I will initiate transactions to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I have accepted your commission/offer AND have asked for payment.

Twitter / instagram / Discord compression isn’t always great, so I will require an email of your choice so I can take the file, compress it into a .zip folder, and email the high res version of the image to you. This, of course, will also only be done when the commission has been paid in full.

A rush fee applies to commissions with deadlines that are significantly shorter than my usual completion time of 14-21 days.

The rush fee is calculated depending on the amount of detail/complexity of the piece you are asking for as well as the timeframe you ask for. For simple characters/pieces, a rush fee may not apply.

I may adjust the total rush fee depending on the complexity of the project or other factors. Clients will always be notified of the rush fee before confirming their order.

Rush orders will ALWAYS be given priority in my queue in order of first come first serve.

Once the character and payment have been approved, you will be given a rough sketch for which you may request significant changes.

Smaller changes may be requested up until the color process.

Once the commission is complete, you may request minor edits; larger edits will incur an extra fee.

As the artist, I retain full copyright of my work and may use commission pieces for portfolios, self-promotion, examples, etc.

As the client, you have the right to use the piece for any personal use only, with full credit provided (preferably a link back to my socials).

Clients may use the commissioned work for commercial purposes on digital platforms such as Twitch and social media.

Physical goods are allowed for commercial use only if I am given a cut of the final profits of the first month of sales. (may be discussed more in depth through emails [email protected])

Clients and others may not claim the product as their own, resell/use for commercial use (i.e., t-shirts, badges, charms, etc.) without the aforementioned agreement.

If you are not the client, you do not have permission to repost my commissioned work.

All uses must comply with legal regulations.

Exception: YCH (Your Character Here) commissions have a turnaround time of 3-5 days after they are started.

Please do not rush me to finish within a couple of days! You may check in but please be mindful of the frequency.
