Major changes can be made through out the sketching process but may incur additional charges if asked excessively.

Minor changes are available through out the entire process.

Average TURN AROUND TIME (TAT) is 7-14 days. Larger, more complex/larger projects may be expected to have a longer TAT. This may vary depending on current workload which can be checked via trello

Payments will be made strictly through PAYPAL or VGEN via invoices and will be paid in CAD.

Full payment must be done upfront. I will only start your commission after receiving full payment. For bigger commissions ($100+), we may discuss a payment plan!

I do not do refunds for completed work.

If you have cancelled the commission after I have sent you the initial sketch, you will receive a partial refund (up to 50%) of the original payment.

If, for any reason, I feel I cannot complete the commission, the commissioner will be given a full refund including any deposits.

Backing out on an offer (before payment is sent) will not result in blacklisting so long as you communicate with me why you can no longer commission/claim the adopt. Ghosting me, however, may result in a block and will no longer be allowed to claim or own my adopts.

I will send you a Paypal Invoice and will inform you before I send it to you! Do not send me any kind of payment to me without me sending you a Paypal.me link or invoice to your preferred email.

A rush fee applies to commissions with deadlines that are significantly shorter than my usual completion time of 14-21 days.

The rush fee is calculated depending on the amount of detail/complexity of the piece you are asking for as well as the timeframe you ask for. For simple characters/pieces, a rush fee may not even apply!

I may adjust the total rush fee depending on the complexity of the project or other factors. Clients will always be notified of the rush fee before confirming their order.

Rush orders will ALWAYS be given priority in my queue in order of first come first serve.

I will not accept your rush request if I do not believe I can complete it in said time.

Once the character and payment have been approved, you will be given a rough sketch for which you may request significant/major changes.

An excessive amount of changes may incur an additional fee.

Minor changes can be made throughout the entire artistic process.

Once the commission is complete, you may request minor edits; larger edits will incur an additional fee.

As the artist, I retain full copyright of my work and may use commission pieces for portfolios, self-promotion, examples, etc. UNLESS full copyright is bought out.

As the client, you have the right to use the piece for any personal use only, with full credit provided (preferably a link back to my socials).

Clients may use the commissioned work for commercial purposes on digital platforms such as Twitch and social media.

For printing/resale of artwork, please contact me ([email protected]) to discuss further in detail.

Clients and others may not claim the product as their own, resell/use for commercial use (i.e., t-shirts, badges, charms, etc.) without the aforementioned agreement.

If you are not the client, you do not have permission to repost any of my work.

All uses must comply with legal regulations.

Exception: YCH (Your Character Here) commissions have a turnaround time of 3-5 days after they are started.

Please do not rush me to finish within a couple of days! You may check in but please be mindful of the frequency.

Twitter / instagram / Discord compression isn’t always great, so for top quality it is recommended to send your email of choice for me to send you your file(s) in high resolution! This, of course, will also only be done when the commission has been paid in full.
