General
✦ Please note my style and art may change from time to time I'm very experimental with my art.
✦ I have the right to decline any commission. Commissions are not first come first serve.
✦ I WILL NOT work for NFT selling or NFT promotion.
✦ Chargebacks/violations of my T.O.S will result in an immediate blacklist.Payment
✦ I take Paypal CAD.
✦ I require full payment after the approval of the sketch before I can proceed with the completion of the artwork. This means you can pay upfront or after you approve of the sketch phase.
Payment will be sent via invoice.
✦ Prices may fluctuate depending on the piece's complexity and where I see fit. (More info in price list).
✦ Payment plans may be discussed for commissions over $100.
✦ I wont accept exposure as a payment.Ordering
✦ Please make sure you have a clear reference/depiction of your character. I rarely accept written or traditional references.
✦ Once the character and payment have been approved you will be given a rough sketch for which you may request big changes, smaller changes may be requested up until the color process. Once the commission is complete you may request minor edits, larger edits will result in an extra fee.
✦ Please be clear about what you want in your commission (i.e poses, expressions, bg, etc). If you don't have anything in mind then I will take artistic liberty.Turnaround time
✦ Average turnaround time can vary but is usually around 1-3 months. please don't rush me! You're allowed to check up on me if it's been about a week or more. I don't do deadlines, only rough estimates.Refunds
✦ I only accept refunds before I start the commission.
✦ If I feel I cannot complete the commission then you will be given a full refund.Copyrights
✦ As the artist, I have full copyright of my work and may use commission pieces for portfolios, self-promotion, examples, etc.
✦ As the client, you have the right to use the piece for any personal use only with full credit provided. (Preferably a link back to my socials).
✦ Clients and others may not claim the product as their own, resell/use for commercial use (i.e t-shirts, badges, charms, etc), or NFTs. If you are not the client then you do not have permission to repost my commissioned work.Design t.o.s
✦ By purchasing an adopt/custom from me you claim full ownership of the design. You may change the design however you please (i.e species, colors, markings, etc) but must keep a copy of the original design and credit me as the creator.
✦ All my designs can be resold, traded, and gifted by their respectful owners. You may not resell the design for more than what was bought, all designs must be resold for their original price unless they include extra art, fursuit, etc.
✦ For custom designs please be clear about what you want! (i.e color palettes, themes, species, etc). Price will vary depending on what you have in mind. Moodboards and images are allowed as references.
